Returns

Changed your mind? No hard feelings.

You may return most eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order under our voluntary return policy.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.

How to Make a Return

Contact us at wetmaster@masterparts.bg within 30 days of receiving your order (or within 14 days to exercise your statutory EU right of withdrawal)
We’ll send you the return instructions and the correct return address
Return the product unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Once the return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days

Please contact us before returning a product. Do not send parcels cash on delivery unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

Some things are too intimate to be shared.

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed intimate products cannot be returned after their protective seal has been opened or removed. Any return restrictions will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
