FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you want to know—no blushing required.

Is my order packaged discreetly?

Absolutely. What happens between you and Wet Master stays private. Every order is delivered in a plain, unmarked box or padded envelope—with no logos, product names, or revealing details on the outside.

Only you will know what pleasure is waiting inside.

What will appear on my bank statement?

We know how to keep a secret. Your statement will display Masterparts EOOD or the name of our payment processor—never product names or Wet Master.

Your pleasure remains entirely your business.

How long does delivery take?

We won’t keep you waiting longer than necessary. Delivery times depend on your destination and are shown at checkout. Most orders within the EU arrive in approximately 5–12 business days after dispatch.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Once your order is on its way, we’ll keep you updated.

Can I return a product?

Yes. Most unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery under our voluntary return policy.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

For health and hygiene reasons, intimate products with a broken seal cannot be returned. Please visit our Delivery & Returns page for the complete conditions.

How do I track my order?

The anticipation is part of the fun. As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow every step of its journey.

You can also check its status at any time through your customer account.
