Termini di servizio

TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 11 August 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of wetmaster.store and any related services, features, content, products and purchases (together, the “Services”).

The Services are operated under the trading name Wet Master by:

MASTERPARTS EOOD (Мастърпартс ЕООД), a company registered in the Republic of Bulgaria
Unified Identification Code (UIC/EIK): 205457550
VAT number: BG205457550
Registered office: 47 Han Asparuh St., Sofia 1000, Bulgaria
Customer service email: wetmaster@masterparts.bg
Telephone: +359 877 08 44 22

In these Terms, “Wet Master,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to MASTERPARTS EOOD. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing the Services or placing an order.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referred to in them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights you have under the consumer-protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must have the legal capacity required under the law applicable to you to use the Services and enter into a purchase contract. If you are under the applicable age of majority, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You may be asked to provide contact, billing, payment and delivery information. You must provide information that is current, complete and accurate and that you are entitled to provide. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account, except where the activity results from circumstances for which we are legally responsible.

We may suspend or restrict access to an account where reasonably necessary to protect the customer, the Services or third parties; to investigate suspected fraud or misuse; or to comply with law. This does not affect rights arising from orders already accepted.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Product images are illustrative. Colours and appearance may vary depending on the screen, lighting, manufacturing batch or other technical factors. Such minor variations do not affect your statutory rights where a product materially differs from its description or does not conform to the contract.

Product dimensions, compatibility, materials, functions, warnings and instructions shown on the relevant product page form part of the product information. You are responsible for checking compatibility and suitability before ordering, particularly where a product is intended for a specific model, size, system or use. Please contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

Products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings and applicable safety rules. Nothing on the website constitutes professional, medical, electrical, engineering or other specialist advice.

We may update product descriptions, correct inaccuracies, limit quantities, withdraw products or stop sales to a country where reasonably necessary. Changes will not retrospectively alter an order that we have already accepted, except where required for safety or by law.

3. ORDERS AND FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT

Placing an order is an offer by you to purchase the selected products under these Terms. The automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

The purchase contract is concluded when we send you an express order acceptance or dispatch confirmation, whichever occurs first. If payment is collected before acceptance and we cannot accept the order, we will refund the amount collected without undue delay.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where there is a genuine stock shortage, an obvious pricing or description error, failed or unauthorised payment, suspected fraud, a delivery restriction, a legal or sanctions-related restriction, or another legitimate reason. We will notify you and refund any amount collected for the cancelled item. We will not cancel an accepted consumer order merely because it later becomes less commercially advantageous to us.

Please review the products, quantities, delivery address and contact details before submitting your order. If you need to correct or cancel an order, contact us immediately at wetmaster@masterparts.bg. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes may no longer be possible once fulfilment or dispatch has begun. Any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right remains unaffected.

We may limit quantities reasonably to prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorised resale or circumvention of product or territorial restrictions.

4. PRICES, CURRENCY, TAXES AND IMPORT CHARGES

The price payable is the price displayed at checkout when you submit the order, subject to correction of an obvious error. The checkout will show the applicable product price, available delivery charge and total payable to us.

Prices include VAT or other consumption taxes where we are legally required to include and collect them. The currency displayed or selected at checkout is the transaction currency. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion rate or fees, for which we are not responsible.

For international deliveries, customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees or other charges may be imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states that such charges are included, they are not included in the amount paid to us and are payable by the recipient. You are responsible for providing information reasonably required for customs clearance and for complying with lawful import restrictions. This clause does not transfer to you any tax or fee that the law requires us to pay or disclose as part of the purchase price.

Promotions, discount codes and special offers may have additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined, have no cash value and may be withdrawn before an order is placed. They do not affect already accepted orders.

5. PAYMENT

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by country. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information submitted is accurate.

Payments may be processed by independent payment providers. Their processing of personal data is governed by their applicable privacy terms, in addition to our Privacy Policy. We do not store complete payment-card details where payment is handled directly by the payment provider.

We may carry out lawful verification or request additional information where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or unauthorised transactions. An order may be delayed or declined if payment cannot be authorised or verified.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery destinations, methods, charges and estimated times are shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy:

https://wetmaster.store/policies/shipping-policy

Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

We will deliver within the period agreed with you. Where EU or EEA consumer law applies and no different period has been agreed, we will deliver no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract. If delivery is delayed, your remedies remain those provided by applicable mandatory law.

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and reasonable cooperation needed for delivery. We are not responsible for delay or loss caused solely by an incorrect address supplied by you, an unjustified refusal to accept delivery, or your failure to complete legally required customs formalities. We will nevertheless make reasonable efforts to help resolve delivery issues.

For consumer purchases, risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. If you independently appoint a carrier that was not offered by us, risk may pass when the goods are handed to that carrier, to the extent permitted by law. Legal title passes when full payment has been received, without affecting the consumer risk rule above.

If a parcel appears damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and contact us promptly. Failure to report immediately does not remove mandatory statutory rights, but prompt notice helps us investigate with the carrier.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms:

https://wetmaster.store/policies/refund-policy

It supplements, and does not replace or restrict, mandatory consumer rights.

7.1 EU/EEA statutory withdrawal right

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area and the law grants you a right to withdraw from a distance contract, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. For an order containing multiple goods delivered separately, the period generally runs from receipt of the last item, where applicable by law.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement of withdrawal before the deadline to wetmaster@masterparts.bg. You may use any statutory model withdrawal form available to you, but use of a specific form is not mandatory.

After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of your notice to:

Wet Master / MASTERPARTS EOOD
47 Han Asparuh St.
Sofia 1000, Bulgaria
Telephone: +359 877 08 44 22

Unless the goods are defective, non-conforming or we agree otherwise, you bear the direct cost of returning them. Please use a trackable delivery method and retain proof of dispatch. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery unless we have expressly agreed in writing.

We will refund all payments received for the withdrawn goods, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order, no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and will not incur a fee from us. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard option are not refundable.

You are responsible only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The statutory withdrawal right does not apply where an exception under applicable law applies, including, where relevant, goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; sealed goods not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed; goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery; or sealed software, audio or video recordings once unsealed. Any exception will be applied only to the extent permitted by law.

7.2 Customers outside the EU/EEA

Returns for customers outside the EU/EEA are governed by our Refund Policy and by any mandatory rights under the law applicable in the customer’s country. Nothing in these Terms removes a non-waivable local consumer right.

7.3 Incorrect, damaged or defective items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, contact us at wetmaster@masterparts.bg with the order number, a description of the issue and, where reasonably possible, photographs. Where the claim is valid, remedies and necessary return costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

8. LEGAL GUARANTEE AND CONFORMITY

Products are covered by all mandatory legal guarantees applicable to the sale. These rights are separate from any optional commercial or manufacturer warranty.

Consumers in the EU/EEA have a minimum two-year legal guarantee from delivery for goods that are defective or do not conform to the contract, subject to the applicable national rules. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to free repair or replacement and, where those remedies are impossible, disproportionate or not completed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, to an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract and refund.

To submit a complaint, contact wetmaster@masterparts.bg and provide your order details and a clear description of the issue. We may reasonably request photographs, video, serial numbers or return of the product where necessary to assess the claim. We will not charge a consumer for measures that applicable conformity law requires us to provide free of charge.

Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, improper installation, failure to follow instructions or damage caused by incompatible equipment is not a product defect, unless applicable law provides otherwise or such circumstances were caused by inaccurate instructions supplied with the product.

9. WEBSITE USE AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • violate applicable law or the rights of another person;

  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy or data-protection rights;

  • submit false, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, obscene or misleading content;

  • introduce malware or interfere with the security, integrity or operation of the Services;

  • attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;

  • scrape, harvest or collect personal data without a lawful basis;

  • use the Services to send spam, phishing messages or other unauthorised communications;

  • bypass technical restrictions, security features or access controls; or

  • use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable or materially impair them.

We may take proportionate steps, including restricting access, where we reasonably believe this section has been breached. Where feasible and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to clarify.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website and its original text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, layout, software and other content are owned by or licensed to MASTERPARTS EOOD and are protected by Bulgarian, EU and international intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the Services for personal and lawful shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, exploit or create derivative works from protected content without prior written permission, except as allowed by mandatory law.

Third-party names, trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners. No use of the Services grants you ownership of any intellectual-property right.

11. REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND USER CONTENT

If you submit a review, image, comment, suggestion or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful and does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, translate, display and use that content for operating, improving and promoting the Services, for as long as the relevant intellectual-property rights subsist. This licence does not transfer ownership to us. Where legally required, you may withdraw consent for uses based solely on consent, but withdrawal does not affect prior lawful use.

We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, irrelevant, abusive or in breach of these Terms. We will not knowingly present paid or incentivised reviews as independent reviews. Personal data in user content is handled under our Privacy Policy.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The Services may include links, applications, payment services, delivery services or tools provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. A link does not by itself mean that we endorse or control the third party.

We are responsible for our own obligations as seller. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services outside our control, except where applicable law makes us responsible or where the third party acts on our behalf in fulfilling our obligations.

13. SHOPIFY

The store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce technology used to operate the Services. Purchases from Wet Master are contracts directly between you and MASTERPARTS EOOD, not Shopify. Shopify is not the seller of the products and is not responsible for our performance of the sales contract. This does not affect any rights you may independently have against Shopify under applicable law.

14. PRIVACY AND COOKIES

Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy:

https://wetmaster.store/policies/privacy-policy

Information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers used to operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud and deliver orders, as explained in that policy.

Where required, non-essential cookies or similar technologies will be used only in accordance with applicable consent requirements. Please review the Privacy Policy and the cookie settings available on the website.

15. AVAILABILITY, ERRORS AND SECURITY

We aim to keep the Services accurate, secure and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may perform maintenance, apply security updates or temporarily restrict features.

We may correct typographical, technical or pricing errors. If an error affects an order already submitted, we will inform you and, where required, ask whether you wish to proceed on the corrected basis or cancel for a full refund. Nothing in this section permits us to remove rights that arose from a binding contract under applicable law.

16. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective products where statutory product-liability rules apply, or breach of mandatory consumer rights.

For consumers, we are responsible for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by your unlawful conduct, misuse contrary to clear instructions, or events outside our reasonable control, except where the law provides otherwise.

If you purchase wholly or mainly for business purposes, then, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill or data. Our aggregate contractual liability to a business customer for a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except for liability that cannot legally be limited.

17. EVENTS OUTSIDE REASONABLE CONTROL

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, epidemic, government action, sanctions, widespread transport disruption, customs interruption, power or communications failure, or labour disputes not limited to our own workforce.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and resume performance. This section does not remove any mandatory right to cancel, obtain a refund or receive performance within an additional period under applicable consumer law.

18. TERMINATION OF WEBSITE ACCESS

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate website or account access for a material breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, security risk or legal requirement. Termination of access does not cancel an accepted order or remove payment, refund, warranty or other rights and obligations that accrued before termination.

19. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms and contracts concluded through the Services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections granted by the law of your country of habitual residence where those protections apply. You may bring proceedings before any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer-protection and private-international-law rules. A clause in these Terms must not be interpreted as requiring a consumer to bring a claim only in Bulgaria where mandatory law permits proceedings elsewhere.

Please contact us first at wetmaster@masterparts.bg so that we can try to resolve a complaint directly. Eligible consumers may also use a competent alternative dispute resolution body. Information about recognised consumer ADR bodies is available from the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection:

https://www.kzp.bg/

The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is therefore not referenced as an available complaint platform.

For business-to-business disputes, the courts in Sofia, Bulgaria have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. We may update these Terms prospectively to reflect legal, operational or service changes. The current version and its update date will be posted on this page. Material changes will be notified where required by law. Changes do not retrospectively reduce rights under an already concluded contract.

21. GENERAL PROVISIONS

If any provision is held unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the product information shown for the order, the order confirmation and the policies expressly incorporated by reference, form the agreement between you and us concerning the purchase and use of the Services. In the event of conflict, mandatory law prevails; then the order-specific terms; then these Terms; then the general policies, unless the relevant policy grants you a more favourable right.

You may not transfer rights or obligations under a purchase contract where doing so would materially affect our rights or another person’s rights, except where the law permits. We may transfer our rights or obligations only where this does not reduce a consumer’s guarantees or other mandatory rights.

Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation. Any ambiguity in consumer terms will be interpreted in the consumer’s favour where required by law.
